Our commission work for Boncafe Steak, a timeless brand that has been around Surabaya since 1977. We designed this two-tier stand with an idea of embracing both classic and modern look, to help the brand stay relevant in time. Each individual parts of Boncafe’s two-tier stand was designed to let people understand & assemble easily. The stand was designed with pencil-thin legs which are made out of metal tubes with rounded ends. A simple approach to display softness and sleek silhouette. Food industry sector is known to have a vast experience in speed and meticulous action. Hence, each plate was made out of hand-beaten epoxy-painted-aluminium to provide lightness yet robust structure. We also respond towards its brand value by creating a product with meaningful function and good design. A handle that is both brand representative and easy to carry.
